Nuna Ali Eboe, Psychotherapist (MHC-LP)

Nuna believes that our relationships shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. They specialize in helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships, with themselves, their partners, their sexuality, and the people around them. Therapy with Nuna is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and make meaningful change.

Nuna is a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) practicing in New York State. They earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University after a successful career in television and creative production. Their previous work provides a unique perspective when supporting professionals in creative industries, high-pressure careers, and individuals navigating identity, purpose, and life transitions.

Nuna works with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, attachment wounds, intimacy concerns, and identity exploration. They also have experience supporting clients navigating consensual non-monogamy (CNM/ENM), polyamory, kink, BDSM, sexual identity, and other diverse relationship structures. Their practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, culturally responsive, body positive, and welcoming to individuals from all backgrounds and lived experiences.

Nuna takes an integrative, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, EFT, Somatic, strengths-based therapy, and sex therapy principles. They believe that healing begins with understanding ourselves more deeply, strengthening our relationships, and developing the tools to live more authentically. While therapy often involves difficult conversations, Nuna also believes there is room for humor, curiosity, and hope throughout the process.

Outside of the therapy room, Nuna enjoys traveling, cooking (and eating), reading, and exploring the many ways storytelling shapes identity, relationships, and personal growth.
