Devora Freundlich, Psychotherapist (MHC-LP)

Devora is a mental health counselor who believes in the power of therapy to transform day-to-day functioning and target deeper needs. She utilizes an integrative approach, recognizing the value of tailoring the therapeutic space to meet clients where they are.

Devora earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Yeshiva University and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She has clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, familial relationships, romantic relationships, addiction, grief, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. Devora views therapy as a collaborative process, and recognizes that no two experiences are alike.

As an Orthodox Jewish woman, Devora feels strongly about the need for cultural humility and alliance. She integrates psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to provide a space that demystifies the therapeutic process and invites clients to explore with self-awareness, reflection, and grace.
